Terms of service — AQQA Connection

The service

AQQA Connection (AQQA S.r.l.) is a web dashboard that lets a brand connect its TikTok profile and post or save as draft its own videos through TikTok's official APIs. Every post is started manually by the connected user.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you upload and post: rights to video and music, truthfulness of commercial disclosures (your brand / branded content), AI label when due, compliance with TikTok Community Guidelines, Branded Content Policy and Music Usage Confirmation. Do not upload unlawful, misleading or third-party content without authorisation.

Limits

One video per post, .mp4 files up to 30 MB from the browser; duration and formats according to your TikTok profile rules. The service is provided "as is": we do not guarantee that TikTok accepts or keeps a content online.

Termination

You can disconnect at any time from TikTok settings or by writing to connection@aqqamedia.com; tokens are deleted. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or TikTok rules.

Governing law

Italian law; courts of Venice, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
