Data we process

When you connect your TikTok profile through Login Kit we receive from TikTok: open id, display name, avatar, username, and the access tokens needed to post on your behalf (scopes: user.info.basic, user.info.profile, video.upload, video.publish). We also store the videos you upload to your library, the settings you choose for each post (caption, privacy, interactions, commercial disclosures, AI label, consent) and the outcomes returned by TikTok (publish id, status, failure reason if any).

Purpose and legal basis

To provide the service you request: post or save as draft your videos to your TikTok profile, show you status and history. Legal basis: performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR). No profiling, no advertising, no sale of data.

Retention

Tokens are kept while the profile is connected; library videos and history for 12 months from your last access, unless you ask for earlier deletion. When you disconnect (TikTok settings → authorized apps, or by writing to us) tokens are deleted within 24 hours.

Where data is stored

Google Cloud, region europe-west1 (Belgium), encrypted at rest. Videos are made available to TikTok through unguessable URLs on media.aqqamedia.com only for the time of the pull.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection: write to connection@aqqamedia.com. You may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

TikTok

Your TikTok profile remains subject to TikTok's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. AQQA Connection uses TikTok's official APIs (Login Kit, Content Posting API) and follows its developer guidelines.
